Googled casarecce and chicken and landed here. Glad I did. Having a fresh bag of limes sealed the deal. Had to adjust for what I had on hand, but what a terrific detour from the ordinary. Used precooked chicken, coated in tomato paste with a sprinkle of chili powder (and the lime juice, of course), that may be better than cooking marinated chicken. Comments are closed.
