Joe Donnarumma - Principal
A 30 year veteran of the foodservice industry and a Team Four founding member. Joe spent 14 years in the Coca Cola bottling System as Senior Vice President of Purchasing. He started his procurement career out of school with American Export Isbrandtsen Lines through a management training program where he learned how to select and purchase beef, veal, and pork products. He has also held high level executive management positions in purchasing for Service America and Fine Host.

Chris Kaiser - Vice President Finance and Administration
Chris is a graduate of Towson University in MD with a degree in political science. He has extensive experience related to the foodservice industry including inventory management, warehouse operations, merchandising, and sales experience.

Brian Sullivan - Director Purchasing
Brian has extensive experience in the foodservice industry, he has worked as a National Account Manager at US Foodservice and Director of Purchasing at Fine Host. As the Director of Purchasing for Team Four Foods he actively works with manufacturers to secure contract pricing for all our customers as well as auditing suppliers. Brian also services several customers and is involved in training new employees.

Bonna Walker - Vice President Marketing & Public Relations
Bonna was the former VP Marketing, Public Relations, and E-Commerce for US Foodservice. Ms. Walker also formed her own marketing consulting firm servicing the foodservice industry.
Ms. Walker is responsible for an increased presence on social media outlets, as well as traditional marketing and public relations.

Joe Scarnaty - Vice President Operations
After completing his education at The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Scarnety continued his culinary training through apprenticeships in some of the country’s finest restaurants. This combined education led to successful positions in several different venues within foodservice, fine dining, contract foodservice, grocery, retail and commercial environments. Joe has expertise in Culinary and Beverage program development, implementation and operations with an exceptional ability to develop and facilitate cohesive teams, interface with clients and liaise with key suppliers.
